These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you" or "your") and be9999 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the be9999 website located at https://be9999.cam and any related services, features, content and functionality offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close any account you may have opened.

We offer betting markets on cricket — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series involving the Pakistan national team — as well as football, UFC and live casino games. For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions shall bear the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and maintain an Account on be9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. be9999 operates a strict adults-only policy. Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent this requirement is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

5. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director or agent of be9999, or an immediate family member of any such person, and must not have any other conflict of interest that the operator determines disqualifies registration.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to an active self-exclusion agreement with be9999.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address or mobile number. You must not use fictitious, borrowed or third-party personal details.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, be9999 requires completion of its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Standard verification documents include:

• A valid government-issued photographic identification — for Pakistani users, a current Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid passport is accepted.
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement or similar document issued within the previous three months).
• Additional documentation may be requested at the operator's discretion, including proof of payment method ownership.

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible format with all four corners visible. be9999 processes submitted documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Incomplete or fraudulent submissions will result in account suspension.

By using the be9999 platform, you agree to the following usage conditions:

• You will access the platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

• You will not engage in any form of arbitrage, match-fixing, collusion or syndicate betting intended to exploit the platform's pricing in a systematic manner.
• You will not conduct yourself in a manner that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward support staff or other users.
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your Account credentials.

be9999 reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts and recover any funds obtained through prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above behaviours will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

All bets placed on be9999 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet acceptance confirmation. Acceptance is at the discretion of be9999 and may be declined at any time prior to confirmation.
• Pricing: Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of your bet confirmation are final for that wager.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set by the operator and may vary by sport, market and account tier. These limits are displayed within the bet slip.
• In-Play Betting: Live betting markets are subject to brief delays and temporary suspension during major on-field events. be9999 is not liable for bets accepted during technical data delays where reasonable safeguards were applied.
• Cricket — Specific: Bets on PSL and ICC tournaments are settled in accordance with the official result announced by the relevant governing body. References to Pakistan cricket events are for sporting context; be9999 has no affiliation with PCB, PSL or the ICC.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided in circumstances including event cancellation, settlement errors, technical failures or evidence of rule violations. Voided bets have the stake returned to the account balance.
• Settlement: Bets are settled as promptly as practically possible following the conclusion of the relevant event. Settlement times are not guaranteed and may vary.

Deposits may be made using payment methods made available in the be9999 cashier at the time of your deposit. Available methods are subject to change and may vary by account type and region. Pakistani users are familiar with payment options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — these are referenced as familiar local payment context only and be9999 makes no representation that any such provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling services.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period, as displayed in the cashier.

The be9999 name, logo and all related marks are the trademarks of the operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be9999 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data or any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, data transmission failures or downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures or telecommunications outages.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• The acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, including processing delays or transaction failures.
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, statistics or information displayed on the platform that contain errors or are subject to late correction.

be9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting or collusion.
• Suspected money laundering, terrorism financing or other criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement body with appropriate jurisdiction.
• Where continued provision of services would place be9999 in breach of applicable law or licensing conditions.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, any balance associated with fraudulent activity or rule violations may be forfeited. In all other cases of voluntary closure, real money balances will be returned to the User following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Outstanding bonus balances will generally be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless wagering requirements have already been met.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which be9999 is licensed and operated, as notified to Users by the operator.

In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact be9999 support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the support process, the matter may be escalated in accordance with any dispute resolution mechanism offered by the operator or the relevant licensing authority.

be9999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account or via a notice displayed on the platform.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the be9999 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure.
